All returns, refunds or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the original, unused product, complete with tags attached. Shipping charges are only refundable in the case of shipping errors or damaged merchandise.

All exchanges must be for same products.

Shipping Errors: The customer must notify us within 5 business days of the receipt of the order regarding any invoice or packing slip discrepancies to be eligible for a refund or a replacement order.

Return and exchange can be done by delivery to Malaysian Nature Society Headquarters

Include in your return package:

a separate piece of paper detailing the order number, name, address, and e-mail address of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for the return. Enclose this with the returned item, and send the entire package to the following address:

Write “Return” or “Exchange” as appropriate on the outside of the package. Return postage cost is borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
