KPA i-Silent Auction

In 1991, the School Nature Club—locally known as Kelab Pencinta Alam (KPA)—was established in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. What began as a pioneer group of 12 schools in the Klang Valley has since grown into a nationwide initiative with more than 370 participating schools.

Over the years, MNS has carried out various activities with schools during the academic term. Among them was a painting competition, where both primary and secondary school students were encouraged to submit entries. This competition was funded by the Stella Rajendran Environmental Education Fund (SREEF) in conjunction with World Wildlife Day 2025.

The paintings are currently on display at the MNS office in Kuala Lumpur. To arrange a viewing appointment, please contact Intan Zurani Abd Razak, Head of Membership & Services Unit, at hod.services@mns.org.my.

We are also pleased to invite you to participate in the bidding process for these paintings:

  • Please select the amount you wish to bid (from the options provided) and submit it to us.
  • A receipt will be issued for your RM100 bidding fee, which is deductible from your bid if it is successful.
  • Bidding is open from 2nd September 2025 until 26th November 2025.
  • All payments, including the RM100 bidding fee and successful bid amounts, are treated as donations to KPA and are tax-exempt. Official receipts and tax-exemption certificates will be provided.
  • Successful bidders will be required to make full payment within 7 days of notification.

The results will be announced on 27th November 2025 during our conference, “The State of Nature Conservation Malaysia 2025”, held in Kuala Lumpur in conjunction with the Society’s 85th anniversary celebration.
